Getting children ready to slow down and go to bed can be a very common challenge for parents. This remedy helps to achieve this, working at many different levels. Black-eyed Susan is probably the key Essence in this blend as it helps a child, especially those who are always ‘on the go’, to wind down and become peaceful, calm and relaxed. This is the Essence for a child who is always interested and curious about everything and doesn’t want to go to bed in case they miss something. I’ve also added Angelsword and Fringed Violet to help protect these sensitive beings from picking up any negativity from their environments. All the millennial children, with all the twos in their birth dates, are far more sensitive than any previous generation. Bottlebrush brings about serenity, by allowing them to let go and surrender to the “land of nod.”

For optimal shelf life there is a small amount of brandy as a preservative, less than one drop of alcohol per dose. For anyone not wishing a child to ingest alcohol, the 7 drops can be applied topically to the crown of the head or wrist pulse points or diluted in water. Alternatively, place drops into hot water (the temperature at which you would drink a cup of tea) which will evaporate the alcohol.
