This dosage strength combination is ready to take, either directly on the tongue or diluted.
Before travel - take 7 drops twice daily for a few days prior to your journey.
During travel - take 7 drops hourly during long or short haul flights, train and car journeys.
After travel - take 7 drops at least twice daily to speed recovery from any jet lag or other effects.
