Australian Bush Flower Essences
This CD contains the Flower Meditation from the Level 1 Workshop along with a guided cleansing and purifying meditation. These meditations allow you to tune into the realm of both Spirit and Nature to discover your own inner healing. Many people at the Level 1 Workshop have asked if they would be able to have a copy of the Flower Meditation and we are very happy to make this available. The meditations are available on the CD both with and without background music of Gregorian Chants sung by The Benedictine Nuns of Saint Cecilia's Abbey in the UK
